It's been a perfectly fine branch of Hancock Whitney for us. Staff are always friendly and have never made any mistakes with transactions. Service is good.

Hours are ridiculous! They close the lobby at 4 p.m.! Good luck if you have a regular job and can't just leave work to get to the bank! If you don't have an account there, you can't cash ONE OF THEIR OWN CHECKS through the drive through if it's over $1000.00! And good luck on Saturdays! Lobby is only open from 9-12 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! AND, they won't answer the phone if you try to call on Saturday to get an appointment! I know that I will certainly never open an account with this bank!UPDATE: Just got in touch with someone at another branch. Not only is Saturday by appointment only, but they only schedule 3 appointments per Saturday! WOW! SERIOUSLY? I would call them a "Mickey Mouse" operation but, at this point, they're just Goofy. Just awful customer service.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fierra is AMAZING! A wonderful lady to talk to and she knows how to get the job done! Definitely a wonderful asset to the company.

Just went through the drive-thru for a simple deposit. I was the only car there. One attendant working who made me wait while she finished her business. Finally got to me. Never greeted me nor thanked me when I was through. Very unprofessional.

terrible bank! we don't have an account and they are the only bank on airline and we can't cash our check through the drive through. the lobby was closed so we couldn't cash it inside. they told us that we had to have an account and we asked if we can make one. they said you can only do it from the lobby. like what does it hurt to cash a check that we absolutely need. and they say they sorry be they ain't. my mom stared crying and she started to drive off and i said “no wonder we don't have an account here†and i made sure they heard me. terrible service. learn to respect people is all i can say. and i hope y'all are reading this.

I would never personally bank here. They have no ATMs across the country and are a small Deep South oriented bank. Their mobile app is very very poorly designed and is often impossible to access to new users without several lengthy calls to customer service. Use CHASE and spare yourself many long hours of head aches and not being able to access your money. Plus the constant name changes is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. First it was Hancock then it was Whitney. Now it’s HancockWhitney? Really catchy. I’ll be changing banks soon and advising others who use this bank to do the same

Great experience! The young lady I was working with (Sayia) did everything she could and then had to turn it over to branch manager (Carey)and he did what he could as well. The experience as well as these 2 people could not have been better. True Professionals with great personalities. I was new to there bank and they did not have to fix the problem but they did. I will always use this branch and the whole bank has a good feel to it when you walk in.Thank You Both

Horrible the branch manager is inhuman I take fault for my actions but the manager is worth less I suggest staying clear. Their non caring, and in this economy there should be some understanding and compromising
