Customer service is great. Did have to call several times and wait couple days for a diagnostic. Tech thats is allegedly an auto repair savant drained my battery. Of all the requested repairs i got a $45 oil change

It has been such a blessing to find an honest shop and to be able to deal with the same employees every time I need a repair. Tyra and Jim run a great shop, they tell me what I "need" repaired and what can wait.

Tyras total automotive has my vote. They are the most professional and courteous shop. As a single woman i can't help thinking that mechanics are taking advantage of me. But at Tyra's I never feel that way. The mechanics take the time to explain what's wrong even showing me the parts. They never give you a line of bull and are always honest. I'll be a customer as along as they are around. You won't go wrong bringing your vehicle here.
