The older guy who worked at 3pm on Tuesday was extremely short with me when I was asking questions about a stripped screw bit that I saw that could remove stripped screws. I also asked about a screw that I needed for my washing machine and I was asking questions. Because I needed to make sure I had the exact right one. he was very short and rude saying i just wasn't happy with what he was showing me. So I will not be coming back there.I lived there my whole life and I go here off and on. Yall are usually some what helpful. I don't know who that guy is but he doesn't need to be working in customer service. I work in the restaurant industry. I would never treat a customer that way. He is losing you customers.

Do not purchase propane here. Scale is not calibrated causing me to get shorted 1/2 a gallon. They charged me a full gallon though. Older gentleman got angry with me when I tried moving scale to zero to test. He said I wasn’t properly trained.

Store has a very thorough selection of goods. Much more convenient than the big box stores with staff that can answer questions. I quite enjoyed looking around even after finding the items ghat brought me there.
