Last year (November 5th, to be exact) my family visited your farm. You see, it was my son's 11th birthday, but also was the day before we buried his grandmother. We were hoping, praying for some distraction so that he'd be able to separate birthdays and my mother's death in future years.
We arrived early for the first tour and were immediately greeted by a very polite young lady. I pulled her aside and explained our situation. I'd like to thankyou all @ Kliebert & Sons.
That young lady and then one of the Kliebert sons went out of their way to make my son's birthday a great memory. The kindness, one to one conversations have made us lifetime fans! You are a blessing!
By the way, a promise is a promise. My son fell in love with your snakes and asked for one. Check out the kid, snake and shirt!
God bless!

WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
Took my 7 year old and husband, we are on an epic road trip to the Gulf and just had to stop at a gator farm.
This was a very personal type experience, which I and my family greatly appreciate and enjoy. Definitely an epic highlight for our trip. Our guide Daniel was literally the best, I mean if I could give 100 stars based on how we were taken care of, I would. We just couldn’t have had a better time. All my Steve Irwin dreams have been satisfied.
Thanks to you for a treasured memory!
It is very very very very very very hot. Bring cold water and a sun hat. Maybe even a neckfan. A backpack is optimal too. And as always, wear sunscreen!!

I'd really love to give this place 5 stars, but just can't. Place felt like walking into someone's flooded backyard enclosed with high privacy fence and wooden slat walkways all around the enclosure. They had several non native species of lizards, snakes, birds, turtles and other mammals along with 5 alligators. You can buy little buckets to feed some of the animals as you walk through. The fella giving the tour was fun and did a really good job but half the group of 25 or so people couldn't hear him because of the limited space of the walkways and the back half of the area flooded with water. By the time the tour was over, most were hot and impatient from standing in the sun waiting for others to take photos or the one way in and out walkways.
I think this place used to be really great (and still could be!) but time has seemed to exhaust efforts of making it a great experience for paying customers. All in all, it's still worth going through and seeing the animals, but don't expect zoo quality. It would have also been nice to meet one of the Klieberts we learned so much about at the beginning of the tour.

I came here a few days ago with my children and it was awesome. Our tour guide Z was so knowledgeable about every animal. She was even patient with the kids. This has been one of the best places I’ve visited with my family. I’m so grateful for the kindness and knowledge Z shared with us. We can’t wait to come back next year for our annual trip and hopefully have Z as our tour guide again.

Have brought the grandkids several times and always enjoyed it. Went today after lunch, several people left because of no one up front, I waited because I saw group in back finishing the tour, and the guy was busy. After waiting the guy came up front, I went to pay for me and the grandbaby, and was told the credit card machine was halfway working, (it either works or it dont) and they were only taking cash payments, and there was an atm machine down the road at circle k. I asked for the total and was told $62. Website says adults $18 and children $12. Something was really off with the math. Probably won't go back.

Richard was our docent (guide) for the tour. Here was very knowledgeable a kit all the as finals and identified all safety requirements very clearly. We got to see all of the animals and even hold Minnie the alligator, the tortoise and a albino boa constrictor. I understand from Richard they do travelling tours with the animals to schools and for birthday parties. I also understand that they are always getting new and exotic species of animals. Thank you Richard for educating us on the animals and showing my family a great time.

Stopped here with our toddlers on our way through Louisiana, and it was hands down our favorite stop. Big thanks to our tour guy, Richard, who made the experience so amazing. Will be back!

Animals held in terrible conditions. Don't contribute to it.

I read the reviews, most of which are 5 star, and I just didn't see the same place they saw. Our party, 4 adults, were stuck into a tour of 19 people, half of which were children, that started 10 minutes before we got our tickets, because that's how long we waited to get the tickets. I'm not some PETA person, I hunt and fish. I've also cared for many animals my life. This place does not. The place is terribly maintained, and the animals don't get to live in an environment that they deserve. I'm ashamed, embarrassed, and disgusted at myself for supporting this terrible place.
