I’m from Plaquemine originally but have lived out of state for over 20 years now. I had to have my 2022 Silverado 2500HD serviced because of 2 bad batteries. I give them 5 stars for the turnaround getting batteries replaced, recall work, oil change, and tire rotation but I give them an overall 3 star rating because they charged for labor testing the batteries AND installation of the replacements PLUS $50 in “shop supplies”. (the shop supplies was just milking the system) and they also didn’t recheck the tire pressures after rotation. My front tires were 75 psi and rear were 65 psi which should be the opposite per the specs. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference.

This is my second purchase with this particular dealership and I must say their service is five stars all the way across the board. My salesman is very knowledgeable and knows his inventory inside and out. He went above and beyond showing me features that I didn't even know about on my purchase. The level of professionalism and the overall experience was outstanding. I can confidently say that they have earned a lifelong customer.

My experience with this dealership was absolutely excellent. I was referred to supreme Chevrolet west by a fellow coworker. I talked to Mr Lamaon Howard shout out to him I talked to Mr Johnny as well shout out to Mr Johnny but a special shout out to Mr Tony and especially to Mr ian for all their help they did that very special day my experience was wonderful, and at the end, I drove off in my brand new 2024 chevy trax. I highly recommend Chevrolet Supreme West to anybody. I have a brother that is looking for a truck I referred him to Chevrolet West. I also have a sister who's looking to do a trade in and I hope she goes Chevrolet West. My daughter's father is also looking for a vehicle and I highly recommend him to go to Supreme Chevrolet West in Plaquemine

Service is Is terrible. I set an appointment for 9:30amI called at 2 o'clock and there was no update. I pick my truck up at 4pm and they haven't started on it yet. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not gonna look at my vehicle?
