They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They pulled up to the site and left before I was even able to arrive. Refused service because there was no tired and then when I had a fix for that problem they refused service because there was blood on the car door. No other towing service has those types of policies because they wear gloves and peoples cars get towed for all sorts of reasons in all sorts of conditions. Terrible terrible! They should be closed down.

I would leave NEGATIVE stars if I could simply for this businesses unprofessionalism, poor communication, and I, as a female, would replace my entire engine on the side of the road alone by watching YouTube videos before using Mr. Richard Bordelon’s towing company.Side note: his grammar and spelling are atrocious, but that has nothing to do with the more atrocious service…just a little extra oomph for how disappointed and shocked I am. Not sure how he’s still in business. Must be the only company in that town. Call an Uber and find another tow company is my advice. He’s pricey too for being such a rude and unprofessional business owner.

DO NOT USE THIS WRECKER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S A FRIDAY!! They are closed on saturday and sunday and UNLIKE OTHER WRECKER SERVICES, they WILL NOT COME MEET YOU to let you get your vehicle out on the weekend, they will "CLAIM" the ONLY PERSON that has a key is out of tiwn, YET THEY CAN UNLOCK THE YARD TO PUT VEHICLES IN THAT ARE TOWED ON THE WEEKEND!! THEN they add ALL KINDS OF CHARGES THAT MAKE NO SENSE EITHER, AND CHARGE YOU $50 MORE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE OUT THE YARD AND PUT IT OUTSIDE THEIRR GATE ON THE STREET, If its not capable of driving out on its own!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! MINUS 5 STARS IF I COULDIn response to the owners response,,,, we were told it would be $300 if we picked it up friday,,,, definitely NOT $52 OR I PROMISE YOU, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE FIRST THING FRIDAY MORNING!!!Service: Car towing

If I could put 0 stars I would. My car towed last night and I understood why it was towed, didn’t have a problem with it and I wasn’t gonna fight them about it because it was my fault!
