Very poor service.The note on the door with opening hours does not fit with the real time that someone is there. Phone number useless - no one answers and voice box is not set up.

Incredibly poor service. Incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant behind the counter employee. They took 2 weeks to "do" work only to find out the day it was supposed to be done it wasn't even half there and he wanted to inflate the bill after we agreed to the service. Do not go here.

They do GREAT, GREAT, GREAT work, my man Mr.Joe(also known as Big 5)Mr.Steve and the rest of the crew does outstanding work @ reasonable prices, I'm telling y'all if you get into an accident this is the place you would want to bring your car to have it repaired... They work with all major insurance companies and even if you don't have insurance they're willing to work directly with you to have your car repaired, So lady and gentlemen take my advice and bring your car on over to J AND P AUTOMOTIVE & COLLISION if you want your car looking better than it did b4 you were involved in that accident...

This place is a joke had my van for 2 weeks gave him a deposit of 300 and he made all kinda excuses up then after 2 weeks he said oh the headliner came in torn here is your money. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Found a gentleman to put headliner in for half of what they where gonna charge and he lost the key to my van. This is not a place to bring your car and unless you have stupid tattooed on your forward and want to get taken for a ride. When asked why he had all kinda excuses only good thing is he refunded my money in cash. Still wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy
