Called the day before and set up a time to get my windshield replaced and to get a break tag because my car had been in a body shop for over two months and my tag had expired. They were fast it took about 30-50 minutes for the whole process. Make sure to call ahead if you are getting major work done is all I can say, but everyone was very professional and nice. I am quite happy with my windshield since my old one was cracked badly by a rock last year. I'm just happy I could have this done the day after I called.
