Annette canceled my policy costing me severely in state penalties. Called from the airport and let them know we were leaving the country and we were not renewing our policy and going with a new company. We had about 6 days left on the policy when she dropped us. We then had penalties from the state for having a lapse in our coverage. Will never deal with her or State Farm again.

Where is Adrianna?? Seems to me that this branch has gone down tremendously since Adrianna has been gone. The customer service is awful. Staff doesn’t seem to have the drive or motivation to speak with customers in a positive polite manner. Just seems that they in the office doing whatever it is they do, but when customers call (me) it seems as though I’m interrupting. A few months ago I had a check that was “lost in the mail” but I received the check expeditiously after contacting the corporate office. Now I’m having an issue with locating a money order that was again “lost in the mail.” This branch is SCREAMING incompetence! I’d rate 0 stars, but I HAD to select a star.PS I’ve been dealing with this agency for the last 11 years, and I’ve NEVER experienced this before. I guess someone has become relaxed or entirely too comfortable.

Terrible place. They take your money and deposits and cancel your policy four days later saying they can't cover you and give you 30% back. Just very crooked insurance agents. Currently setting up case against them because I can't find any logic in insuring me for a couple of days then taking my full deposit plus some of my first month insurance
