Very rude manager Rodney. When I attempted to use a fitting room he rudely told me that the doors were locked for a reason and I was only allowed in when he decided to let me in. I was also rudely told that I wasn’t able to take my bag in the fitting room which is completely understandable bit the rude way of saying it was unnecessary. Won’t be back.

Rude Manager! had a large bag of merchandise ready to spend some major money and the long haired manager was very rude and disrespectful. Can’t even imagine how many people have decided to put their merchandise back because of his antics. Bad business, sad that he is the face of this establishment.

Overheard manager saying expicitives towards a coworker regarding how customers dont know how to stand in line. Decided I would stand directly in a single file line behind the person at the register. Was promptly rudely told to move by the cashier. Cashier gave instructions to move to a certain place in line. We moved, other family followed, stood in place until the manager yelled at me and another family to move from the place the cashier told us to move... cashier shrugged his shoulders and said "what yall looking at me for, don't look at me" as if to say he can't help that his manager is a ... anyways the store itself is great and had lots of deals in a ideal location. Heard manager going on and on about how they are the best performing Hilfiger store while they were ringing a customer up, makes you think... you look at all these other reviews... I wonder how much more they could make if he just stayed in the back and far away from anything to do with customer service.

Unprofessional customer service and rude general manager. It was my first and last experience even Tommy Hilfiger is a great brand, the employees at this specific store does not represent the brand. I will submit a online complain for sure.

The fitting rooms were closed 40 minutes before the shop closing and the staff outnumbering customers couldn't do anything about it.

Worst customer service I ever had. The employees are rude, completely unmotivated and instead of helping their customers they only care to try TikTok dances. They don’t treat you like thieves anymore, they treat you like you are not even there.
