“Had a really great experience here about a month ago and still feel great about it and will be back when I’m in town next. Austin Klumpp was our sales rep and he did such a great job. He’s so good at his job that a month later I found his card and my pocket and just had to leave a review. Keep up the great work.”

“Visited on a weekday afternoon. The store is expanding so there is construction going on near the store. I parked in a lot on Carrollton next to the store. I was recommended several brands of shoes by a podiatrist. They carry brands such as Hoka, Asics, New Balance, and many more. Emily was very helpful and patient with us as we browsed the store. I decided to buy some Vionic dress shoes. I had a pleasant experience here.”

“I have bought shoes from Varsity for several years, but recently bought 2 pairs of shoes about 2 months ago. Unfortunately, a pair of Brooks shoes I bought developed a hole at the tip. Bud was really great about it, and is replacing the shoes. This at the relatively new uptown location. It is acts like this, plus awesome service, that distinguish them from the competition. They are Way ahead of the competition! John M. Price, MD”

“Great selection of shoes from casual, dress to running shoes. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks and picked them up at the warehouse on Edenborn. The shoes are perfect, exactly as I expected. The only gripe I have is the box was destroyed. (Yes the box /packaging matters. It very much matters) I shut up, didn't say anything, because the gal working was nice”

“Excellent experience for my 1st time visit. No rush, no fuss and lots of useful information. Actual foot measurements were taken and was able to walk on a treadmill to experiment with a proper gait. The brands and selections were plenty. I was able to find the perfect shoe/fit for my fitness needs. Customer service?? was exceptional. Will definitely return for future purchases.”

“Outstanding service at this branch compared to the many others I visited over the years. The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the correct shoe size. Both her and her colleague were very professional, polite and pleasant to talk to. I will definitely be back whenever I get to visit NOLA again.”

“I absolutely cannot say enough good about George Bass Men’s Clothing. Top end men’s clothing with impeccable service. George handles high end merchandise. He also has in-house tailoring to fit every garment perfectly. If you like working surgeon cuffs on your jacket, no problem. Prefer different buttons, they can do it. Great people to do business with.”

“I was in dire need of a pair of everyday running shoes that could take a POUNDING and the sales associate pointed me in the direction of the Hoka brand Arahi 6 runners. Well needless to say they were not for my feet at all! After 2 weeks of jammed toes and blistered heels because I was out of town. I returned to the store and they replaced them no questions asked I am completely happy with my Brooks Adrenaline gts 22's. So far I've put 100 miles on them and I couldn't be happier!”

“Customer service is impeccable. Each person working there, had a pleasant attitude and was very helpful. When I couldn’t find a specific item, they searched the surrounding areas to try to get it. I’ve been shopping here for years and will continue to for years to come. Make sure to patronize this location.”

“My mother in law and niece are in town visiting and they love lululemon so we popped into this shop so I could get them some goodies. We were checked out by Durian, and she was amazing and so helpful. It’s so rare to experience over the top customer service and she was just amazing and made our entire shopping experience positive. Give her a raise or a promotion or something because her good attitude and helpfulness shines and any business would be lucky to have her”

“Quick need for a green Tulane University Tee shirt. All I had to do was ask anyone in the French Market where can I find this Tee shirt. They immediately saidPRO IMAGE809 Decatur STNEW ORLEANS 70116(501)529-2974”

“I was happy with the selection as it was one of my many sneaker based shopping stops during my trip. The odd thing was the prices were standard for some but really elevated for others. For example I bought a pair of Nike Air Max 90's there for $140. Very standard price. I looked at a pair of Nike Dunk High Retro SE (red and black and green) - still available on Nike online for $100.97 but there for $135. Not worth it. If you are are looking for something specific that they have, then it is good because you will know what prices to expect. If you don't know what to expect and you pay whatever they are asking, you could easily be getting ripped off.”

“Foot Locker came in clutch when I was in NOLA. Walking the streets of the French Quarter did a job on my feet, and the "comfy" shoes I brought weren't comfy enough. Enter Foot Locker. Three pair of sneakers caught my eye, but sizing was completely different between them all. I finally landed on a pair of Huaraches which I learned were brand new. Brought socks but left them at the hotel, so $20 for a pack of socks added to my bill. That's a little ridiculous, but price and demand, right? The sales ppl were nice, all spent a lot of time talking and preventing more than 4 customers in the door. The one helping me seemed new, but there was another guy who stepped in and helped with the sale and he sprayed my new kicks before I took them on the road too. Spent way more time than expected in here, and forgot to take pics, but the visit was worth it.”

“I LOVE their clothing! I've been in the Magazine Street store several times as I wear tasc shirts almost exclusively. Good quality clothing. Sales staff at store are always friendly and helpful.”

“The Riverwalk is full of great places to shop, from Nordstrom Rack, to Kate Spade. You also have convenience to many hotels and Canal street, plus Bourbon street is not far away, where you can find lots more eateries.”

“I was in need of some new shoes during our New orleans trip. Foot locker was the best option we found. The employee who was helping me was on point. He was quick and very helpful throughout my time there. He was assisting multiple people, but he remembered what each person was in need of.”

“Do you want your equipment to perform like you expect it to do? See these folks. Bruce has drilled many different configurations for me and they were outstanding. From sandpaper dry to leave an oil wake lanes he can drill 'em all to fit and crush the pocket. Five stars aren't enough, here's six stars for Superior!”
