We really do not like the Riverwalk since it became an outlet mall. They used to have lots of cute, local stores that drew us in every trip. Mardi Gras Masquerade is one of the few stores that has any New Orleans type merchandise.They do have shot glasses, mugs, boas and general souvenirs at cheaper prices. Lots of t-shirts and other merchandise too. Staff are not very friendly (on any visit).I wish they had more local stores.

Very large collection of New Orleans related souvenirs, T shirts etc. Lots of options to choose from. We bought a couple of T shirts, magnets etc. Worth taking a look.

While shopping we had two different checkouts, our second checkout guest left their bag in the store while trying on some thing and when we returned the cashier was super nasty and rude which is sad after spending $400 in a trinket store. I guess they just re-stock the merchandise and resolved it again.

Very large gift shop with all sorts of New Orleans related merchandise and accessories. They sell voodoo dolls, pins, shirts, masks, and more. It's very crowded and colorful, and there are many options to choose from. Some things are pricier than I would have liked, but much of it is average for the cost of trinkets.

Really nasty attitude from the staff, i could not reach for a tshirt and i asked for help, she came with a mad face a told me to next time use the hook to reach out for the tshirt myself.

Me and my son went to this store to purchase things for him to take back with him, for his friends as little gifts from his trip... The staff was so rude, not friendly at all..They don't help you, they just stare at you like you are about to steal something... The cashier was very rude and so was the guy that was working there ... He wouldn't help us... He just kept watching us... If I could give this store 0 stars I would... If it wasn't for my son wanting to get trinkets for his friends.. I would have left.. My advice to the people who run this place is to train your workers better.. All black people don't steal... And I will tell everyone I know not to shop at this place..

While in New Orleans on a trip we hit the Riverwalk and as we came upon this store just had to go in. So many cool things like the masks all things New Orleans & lots of souvenirs. Had a good time going through this store.

Do not shop here! On a visit from San Diego a worker approached me and said I had to leave the store because another coustomer said someone was stealing. Multiple people were in the store, but she only approached me (black female) I presented my receipts for all of the other shopping that I had done but she still said I had to leave. She said she didn’t want to check her cameras because it would “take too long” this was the most disgusting discriminatory treatment I have ever had! I will be following up with corporate, this is unacceptable. We need to do better as a society. For the store manager, please establish a fair policy (like checking cameras). A coustomers Innacurate information should not be reason for discrimination or bad business practices.
