Always a great experience. Short wait and Eric, customer representative is always helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are very affordable during a time when many folks have increased prices for several reasons. I’ve made 2 trips recently and same great experience as the previous one. I appreciate consistency. I actually found someone’s wallet and returned it to Eric. He seemed to know the customer which assured me the owner will be able to retrieve it.

I enjoyed going, seeing new products, and meeting company reps that listened to the installers that actually use thier products. I didn't like reps having special prices good only for that day. Crescent wasn't selling products that day, and I totally get that and why. But don't dangle a carrot that the mule can't have. If I can't buy it that day, don't have special offers only good for that day. I do look forward to future Crescent Hardwood seminars. It's a great time with good ppl.
