My family and I love shopping at this location. The employees are always joyful, and they seem to love their jobs. The staff always treats us with the utmost respect. This store is in a convenient location and is always stocked with interesting items! Thank you, Tractor Supply and staff in New Iberia, Louisiana.

Trey was doing a terrific job today! Welcoming customers as they walked in, helped us find items and kept the line moving, checking us all out at 930am! Great job....?? you should get an employee spot award for ensuring you came to work and keeping the daily duties going!!

Just want to shout of Brian for his kindness he showed tonight to two young men buying dog food but came up a few dollars short. Without hesitation he told them not to worry about it and covered it. It was very heart warming to see. Sandy checked us out and she was amazing and answered all our questions we had about the zero turn lawnmowers and financing on it! Definitely a lovely bunch of people who work here!

This place. Specifically, the one in New Iberia, has a very poorly run staff. I drove all the way from Franklin for them to say they are closed when all I needed was one thing. I could have been in and out and spent a significant amount of money. They were just standing around, one of them smoking a cigarette or something. They said they were closed and it was five minutes till. I’m very upset. I have always gone to Tractor Supply in multiple locations, so if my business is not appreciated I am ready to take it elsewhere. I would give less stars if I could.

This place sold me chicken feed that made my chicken stop laying eggs. They will not get another penny of my money until corporate acknowledges this.

Workers need to understand that they are there to do a job when loading bags in the back of the truck and throwing it if she would’ve busted my window She would’ve had more of an issues than being pissed that she had to load bags of dog food I have recently taken my business to Abbeville because of the workers at new Iberia not doing there job since most of the workers have left Today was a quick trip we made But honestly y’all need to hire people who want to work attitudes don’t set well with everyone

The only problem I have is they make me pay $20 for one day delivery for my cat litter, they won't let me do general delivery 3-5 business days I don't know why!
