There is a reason they use a stock NAPA Marketing photo instead of a picture of the real establishment.Apparently the NAPA name and historic level of service have been diminished. I would suggest doing business with any other auto parts store in the Acadiana area other than Himel NAPA. The New Iberia store fails to cancel orders when requested to do so and fails to provide refunds on items never delivered. I would say take the time to travel other NAPAs in the local area but they are owned by the same outfit so I would expect similar service. I would avoid the New Iberia store at all costs for sure.
