lied and lied more tried to sell things that wasn't needed told to pay up front and would be ready in 2 days it's been over 2 weeks sorry place they called said it was ready get there not ready and saying needs new rear end nothing was wrong with rear end when we took it to them never again will they touch anything I own

The people were very nice, however, I was told I needed either a rebuilt transmission or new transmission which runs almost 5,000 for my car. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion and it turns out the only thing wrong with my car is a faulty speed sensor which is $145.

They fixed my 95 Chevy that had no hope. Now runs like a top. Has it shifted so well for at least 3 years lol Miss Brittany is amazing! The owners gave me a great deal! Would definitely recommend

They said my manual transmisión needs to be rebuld and it cost me $6,900 i decided take it to transmisiones especialist where i paid $2,300 for clutch and a few other parts

I took a vehicle there to have the wheel bearing replaced on 1 tire and to get my brake pads replaced... I go to pick it up after a couple days of waiting and at first everything seemed to be fine until about half way home I heard the same loud sound as before coming from the very wheel that they charged me to replace.. by that time they had closed for the weekend so the next day I took it to a different mechanic and he took a look at the wheel bearings and somehow the supposed brand new bearings that they replaced was the same exact stock rusted ones that I had before and that the other tires had. I called them to complain and to see what the deal was and their excuse was basically that they did replace it because an employee of theirs said that he did. I asked for a refund or at the very least for them to actually do what they said and charged me for and their response was that I probably took the bearing off... and sold it to someone... therefore they could not comply. It was quite a twilight zone experience.

I was referred to Twin City by a mechanic but unfortunately Kathy the receptionist had a very shrewd demeanor. I tried to be friendly and polite over the phone but she proceeded to provide the worst front line customer service as well as speaking to me as if I was stupid for inquiring about an estimate. I still thanked her for her time and politely moved on.

So…. I originally left a bad review because I thought I was getting screwed. The owner called to try and Resolve my issue with his shop. The problem is not his shop’s responsibility but none the less he worked with me and the issue is being fixed. If you have a problem after a rebuild , please call and talk to them. Well at first they were real nice. But when I had to take my truck back that's when the problems started. My husband was told if it was transmission related we wouldn'thave have to pay the tow fee. The mechanic I talked to said it was transmission related. My husband was also told it was 2 parts that had to be ordered under warranty. The woman had a bad attitude with me too.
