The associate did not honor my SDP card. He said the copies were already discounted but the price did not reflect the discount. I am sure he did not know how to enter the card number. He never asked if I had an SDP card prior to ringing up my purchase.

Low ratings because of a Horrible new employee named Francis who is working in the Printshop. I've been shopping at the Louisville Ave location for nearly 22 years and this has been my 1st experience with such a rude employee.Prayerfully, she won't be there long & disrupt the great services I've always experienced
