Got to admit I was skeptical at first but the minute I walked inside this place I knew I had found a diamond in the rough now the employees didn't really know too much about where things were located but an all fairness they seem to understaffed but excellent selections fair prices and I will definitely be coming back here at some point or another in the future

This place is unique when it comes to special sales events. There is one going on now, buy one get one free. If you need a last minute hardware or supply, try stopping by for your purchase. I highly recommend this store for the North Monroe area citizens and homeowners.

I’ve been impressed with this store since it’s opened.I’ve found things that you wouldn’t normally find and if it’s something that you’ll use all the time.,just talk to Robert and 9 x’s out of 10 he’ll start stocking it. Clean, easy to find, isle’s clearly marked. Robert runs a good store.

Home hardware has a large selection at a reasonable price. Their crew is always friendly and helpful. It's nice having a hardware store within minutes of your home.

Incredibly rude there. I have lived in the garden district dor 4 years and I wanted to like them so much, but I just can’t. I can’t find a single person in there to help me that doesn’t just tell me to go talk to someone else. All they want to do is pass the buck.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup at the Monroe, LA store not really knowing whether or not I was getting what I needed or not. I called the store and spoke to Lindsey(sp) who was SO helpful. I advised her that if what I ordered wasn't right that they had my permission to swap it out with the right thing because they knew better than me. She asked if she could call me back while she got my order pulled up and they figured out what I ordered vs. what I needed, I sai

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices to go along with the friendliness of a small town store.The place is always kept clean, is well organized, and stays stocked up on whatever I need.I Highly recommend Anyone giving this location a chance to earn your business.I'm confident if you do you will return time and time again and be just as satisfied as I am."Mohawk"P.S. I almost forgot to mention that I prefer this place over Tyner Petrus.The one item I use quite a bit of is wood stain and the prices on various shades of stain are Almost Double at TP than what they are here also the selection is WAY BETTER with many more to choose from (Though I do wish they'd carry the Vintage Aqua stain that I like! I can only find it at walmart, or a hobby store.)Other than that i know WITHOUT A DOUBT the staff is Substantially More Friendly and Courteous than the other hardware store I mentioned a couple times. At least as far as I'm concerned. They hardly give me the time of day at the "Other" place and it doesn't matter if I'm buying a $6 can of stain, or $300 worth of tools and/or hardware. They are just as helpful either way regardless of what I'm after.Y'all are doing great! Keep up the great service and everyone will keep coming back!
