We've bought a few things from there over the years and never had any problems. The products, indeed, have a (usually small) skent or dent, but they always worked as they should and the staff was always nice!

Service calls are done in a timely manner. The service man that came out twice was courteous and very polite. The 1st time he was there was to check for the problem. The part that was needed was available within a week and replaced on the normal service call date the next week. I was helping a friend with this process and it was good so I will keep this place in mind for my future needs.

Counter guys fail to review IMPORTANT policies on parts returns. For such a seasoned business, counter sales should be aware of certain policies that need to be discussed. 1 and only time customer here.

I have bought several appliances here with Great luck and service. However I recently dropped off a dryer off 2 weeks ago. I was told to pay $135.44 for a service change. No problem, I paid it. Was told I’d get a call a day or so later. No call. When I did call they are busy and had not had time to look at it and said they would call. Waited a few days and called, and same thing. No sense of urgency and poor customer service when calling. It took over and week and I Contacted Brandon and was told he would take care of it. Called me back 45 min later or so and the service was done. The heating element needed replaced. Went to pick it up. Got home and it was still not heating properly. Talked to general manager and he said to bring it back and they would look at it free of charge. Was contacted after hours by Brandon and he said bring it up Saturday the 14th, he would get it fixed. I work nights so I stayed up and brought it back up there at 9 am on Saturday when they opened. Saw Brandon and he tells me “ it was working when it left the store and he did not know what I did to it between the store and my house”. Implying I tore it up with out him willing to look at without another service fee. Proceeded to tell me I would have to pay $90 service charge. Fraudulent charge according according to receipt which says “ all work performed guaranteed 90 days parts and labor.” $276.80 in and I still have a non functional dryer. This place used to be great. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them working on anything. They charge someone $135.00 just to look at it, you should get a quick response. Feel that was a money grab. I hate this happened because I prefer small business. However I’m disappointed I will not be using them in the future.

In and out in 30 minutes and David was beyond helpful. The loading guys were nice and friendly. We got a stand freezer at a great price.

My dryer has broken down at least twice since I've purchased it. Miraculously I am not on here to complain at all!! I value and appreciate good customer service. When I say the customer service is above and beyond with this company I mean it. Every time I've contacted them they have responded within a timely manner as well as, insured that I was notified when they would attempt to resolve any issues. When I contacted the company they gave me a late date on when they would arrive, but informed me that they would contact me if anything open earlier. The rep contacted me and gave me a 30 minute window to prepare for their arrival. I value and appreciate the wonderful customer service that I was given. Even the tech was kind and to the operator I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

On April 26th the tech came out for a service call on my dryer. Once he left the problem was not fixed, so I called and he scheduled to come back that afternoon. Around 6 pm, I called when I had not heard from him. He was still at another appointment so we rescheduled. However, he did not show or call, so I called him and another appointment was scheduled and no show, no call again. When he came back out he said I needed a moisture sensor for the dryer. We scheduled a date for him to bring the part and he never showed. The tech was friendly and very courteous, but as of May 21st I had not heard from him and my dryer was not fixed. I have since replaced the dryer. I will not use this provider again.
