I visited the store today and was never greeted or spoken to by the two ladies who worked there. There was only one other customer in the store.I browsed around and another customer came in and was promptly greeted and offered assistance in shopping. This is the second time that I have been treated this way. I will never return to the Monroe location. I will shop in Hot Springs or Little Rock. I have been a cardholder customer for twenty years.

This location is smaller than the one I frequent in NV. But the sales associates are very friendly & the customer service is great!
