Been trying to get in touch with someone at this business my Texas was messed up I'm about to get ready to go to court and cannot get in touch with the people here so it looks like the young girl named Raven did you get my taxes charge me $3,000 to do the taxes I knew something was wrong with that going to get a lawyer and bring the whole thing down I know several people that she did too that never worked she bought the information so when I go to court with the IRS I will be telling them everything because I cannot get in touch with anyone here at this business to talk to me

I used to go there till I found out they’re playing with my money do not go to a tax service that gives you your money with their buisness check they should tell you how much fees they’re charging and let the irs send you the check to your home address other than that they’re scamming you with your money I had three dependents and I only got 3700 back sorry no hard feelings but they get over ppl who see a couple grands as a lot of money while they tuck half of that money to their pocket .

This was my first and last time filing with this company. The communication was nonexistent to terrible. I had to reach out to the owner through facebook messenger in which messages with sensitive information randomly disappeared. I feel I was overcharged for services. I have gotten my refund after filing in Feb around the 4-7th completely taken after I was prompted that there would be two previous deductions and now I have completely lost my tax return with no explanation. I have not been able to contact my preparer effectively until I physically went into the office to verify my identity. I feel I put my sensitive information in the wrong hands and I am not able to contact this person regarding this issue and he has never reached out as far as returned a call since I have started this process. I am a veteran of this country and I assumed I was working with a company with integrity but I feel I am not.
