We where smelling the native body wash and a store employee left the register to come tell us to stop smelling it and how are you gonna know what scent to purchase if you can’t smell it.

Have hated this pharmacy from day 1
Average 20 minutes per person IF there is a register open...so if you have a lunch hour and there are 4 customers you'll be late.
3 registers that are seldom used...thereby will be 8 techs standing around talking and ignoring customers....have been cursed by techs...rude obnoxious people....do not recommend

Every single week we either don’t get the full bottle of pills for our children or they msg us saying the prescription is ready but when we go to pick up it’s not there! We have lost count how many times this has happened. She claims it’s a problem with their computer sending out messages saying the prescription is there before the truck has even arrived at the store. In the meantime we have an autistic son who HAS to get his meds and another child that self harms and could go too far because this store is either giving her meds to other people or their “computer” is messed up?! WTH!!!

The employees of the whole store including the pharmacy is rude as heck! 100% of the time. Everyone I know in this small town has the same to say about them.

Minden, LA Walgreen Pharmacy is a joke. We have never had good customer service. In fact, I have yet to find anyone who works there without an attitude issue, as though we are a bother to them. Prescriptions seem to fall thru the cracks.

The Minden, Louisiana Walgreens pharmacy team, especially Tyler, went above and beyond to help my father in an emergency. Their pleasant and understanding approach in a time-sensitive situation was greatly appreciated.

Horrible Pharmacy. I waited 45 mins at the counter all for the older lady with short hair and glasses and a white coat to tell my prescriptions weren't ready. When I called they had said they were ready. She told me they would be ready until the 11th. So I waited til the 11th and called again. A man informed me they have all been ready since the 4th. The day I spent 45 minutes inline waiting for nothing. They really need to hire new ppl. Most of them have stinky attitudes and are extremely slow when handling customers. I hate this pharmacy. Gonna be switching ASAP!!!

This Walgreens is a joke. They have the worst customer service and either not enough employees or lazy employees. They move into small towns closing the doors of small town business that offered great personal service, accuracy and speed. I never had to wait hours for a prescription I called in nor had I never been told they gave my medication to someone else and would have to order mine again. This is the perfect example of big box stores and how they serve the public. I will be finding a new pharmacy before I need my medicine refilled. I took a screenshot of how they are slow at this time and called while they weren't to busy, but was left on hold for 11:24, then hung up on. No one should have to wait in long lines, wait hours for medication or be treated disrespectful as a paying customer. Maybe a change for everyone so they can see what it feels like to shut their doors and walk away. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my 47 years!

Every time i go script never ready. Have to sit in line for over an hour for no reason. Meds are for my unborn baby. Horrible!!!
