The prices are reasonable for professional "not right out of school" experienced stylist. The before and after that I saw (all types) look really good. I got my mohawk faded. Ill be back to get a hair cut.

My five star review is based on my stylist, Ryan. I always get professional and personalized service from him that’s totally affordable. He’s friendly and makes you feel at home. I’ve never had a cut or color that I didn’t love. I promise you’ll leave a happy customer!!!

Worst experience I ever had. I booked my first appt online with this salon. I received appt reminder the day before. I checked in for my appt and the lady who “checked me in” she looked like the lady I booked myself with. However, she said I was booked with an hairdresser and that hairdresser was behind. She told me to return in 45 minutes and would call if they were ready sooner. I’m an easy going person and was willing to wait because I getting my hair trimmed for upcoming wedding. I returned like asked to, to find that my appointment was no longer is in their system. A bunch of people came to speak to me because I was upset. I explained I checked in, the they told me I must have not set up the appointment correctly online and it didn’t go through. I shared the voicemail with the appt reminder and that said “that’s odd”. In the end they were sorry for my inconvenience and could schedule me another day. That didn’t work for me because I was getting married in a few days and didn’t have the time. I admit I have long hair and I feel that I was discriminated for that. I won’t be going back.

I take my mom here for a few months now Lilly cuts, rolls, and teases my moms hair and she loves it and I started letting Lilly cut my hair cut and it looks great I'm so happy I switched to Lilly I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a change.

I called to schedule a haircut. They canceled on me twice. I was more than happy to just get a quick trim and leave with my hair wet. I work 2 jobs. My entire team at work rescheduled their lunches for me to go this appointment they scheduled at the last minute. JC Penney is one of the few salons that pays hourly which is great for hairdressers to build a clientele, but doesn't motivate stylists to work with multiple clients or keep their appointments.

I asked specifically for an African-American stylus on four different occasions to no avail. I spoke to someone twice and left a message twice, I never received a return call! Forget it, I will not try again.

I took my mom to the salon to get her hair done & we were assigned Brittany. Unbeknownst to her, my mom has a very sensitive medical condition. As Brittany talked with my mom she quickly recognized that she needed to be gentle and make her feel confortable. Brittany did a great job assuring my mom she was in good hands by taking time to explain everything she was doing and using. In addition, she did not get offended when my mom asked her questions. She remained professional, included my mom in the decisions about her hair style choices and treated my mom with care. Not only did Brittany provide great personalized service, she also did a great job styling my mom’s hair and I was very pleased with the outcome! Again, Brittany did a great job and I was glad to have been paired with her & would definitely return and recommend her to anyone! Thank you Brittany!!

I wanted my hair ombré and the lady didn’t even know what I was talking about obviously but didn’t tell me and just rubbed blonde at the ends of my hair like she knew what she was doing Nd then added more dark color to the top after she washed the bleach out because she went up my hair on the blonde to much, my hair was ruined Nd it didn’t look at all like it was suppose to I went back and the manager saw the work she did and gave me my money back but it’s still the fact that it took more products and money to be fixed by someone else. This was awhile back but my experience

They did an amazing job with my kids hair. On of my kids has curly hair and they new how to cut it for it too look right, which is hard to find. They we careful because on has a sensitive scalp.
