Horrible service. Not trained properly, looking for paint the staff had no clue of the type of paint needed. No call was made for supervisor assistance. I got the supervisor’s cell phone left an urgent call NO RESPONSE. Horrible, Horrible service.

It’s 15 minutes past their posted open hours and there is no one here, and when you call the operator says the associates are assisting other customers - except no one is here.
Update: it was actually 20 minutes when we decided to leave, but the fact that you guys reached out as soon as business started the next day shows incredible customer service and is worth an update.
Also, I hope that it was just a lateness issue and nothing serious. ?

GO HERE! I don't write a lot of reviews, not because a lot of people don't deserve them, but because, well, life! However, the service I receive at this store, time and time again is always worth mentiong. Today was no different, except I had Sabrina, helping me. I had a small, but complicated order and she walked me through the entire process, helped me pick a BETTER color and was funny and warm. She made the transaction very pleasant. She is an exceptional person and I appreciated her making my day much better :) Thanks Sherwin Williams Service Road crew! No one compares!

This store sold me the worst paint I've ever used in my life. After 3 coats you can still see the old paint underneath. Showed them photos of it, and they won't do anything about the issue.

Brittany Fury is a great store manager and goes above and beyond to help her customers.I was also assisted by Juanedgardo who helped me pick the correct outdoor paint for my house project. Both of these employees are very knowledgable, friendly and professional.
