Should be a -1 star. My painter sent me here specifically to get ProMar Ceiling paint. Unknowingly, I was given ProMar 400 instead. My painter said to return it and get the right stuff. I called them and asked them why they didn't give me what I requested. They said they didn't have any in stock and this would work instead. Then, they couldn't understand why I was upset with them. These people have no idea what customer service is. They assume that the homeowner knows little about paint, and will do whatever they have to do not to lose a sale. A little honesty would serve them well. Never again.

Sarah was such a wonderful person to work with here. She helped me choose between several different paints just based on description alone. She is very talented at what she does and she deserves a raise. I had a project that I was stressing about, maybe a month ago, and she helped walked me through it all with all. So many places like Home Depot floor people have no clue what they are doing or just don't care, that it is refreshing when someone actually knows their job and wants to help. Sarah even offered some great tips for my project. I am happy to have a Sherwin Williams so close to me and to have such a great employee do their job so well.
