Paid almost 2k for the my car not to get completely fixed. Also when I Got my car back my ac wouldn't go off once I turned the car off causing by battery to die unless I manual put the ac in the off position.I Called and they told me they couldn't do anything because they didn't mess with the ac. We'll this wasn't an issue until they messed with car. Then 5 days later my car broke down again with same problem I originally brought it in for. A waisted 2K.

I dropped my vehicle off at 8am this morning to have them swap my wheels. As requested, they swapped the wheels, moved the tires from the old wheels to the new wheels, and also moved the tire pressure monitors. They balanced the wheels and had it ready to go before lunch. Quick, friendly, affordable service. I'll definitely be back when it's time to get new tires.

Low tire pressure light came on after I left the NOLA airport. Would be headed back to BR after dining in NOLA. Went to Duckworth Woods Tire exactly at closing time. Not only did he take the time to check the air pressure in all tires and fill the lower tires, he would not accept any money for service. Air is free he said. Had a flat tire and saw this tire shop was opened so I stopped to see if the tire could be fixed. I was told it couldn't and the one I needed wasn't in stock. There was only one guy there who changed the tire for me and put my spare on. When I asked what did I owe he said I only charged your tire you don't owe me anything. I was shocked by his response and appreciated it at the same time. It's hard to find such kind hearted people nowadays. Unfortunately I don't know his name but if the rest of the staff is as kind as he is this business will be around forever. Thanks a million sir.

I’m from out of town and Duckworth completed my tire puncture repair, oil change and battery replacement in 3hrs. Straight forward, fast work.
