I have been a loyal customer for Alder's for many years. I bought my first Rolex from them to other pieces of jewelry. They have the finest quality of jewelry and watches. Every time I need my Rolex serviced, Alder's is the place to go. Recently, the wrist ban on my Luminox became frayed and started to crack. The young man at Alder's was able to search his inventory and found me a comparable band that worked great. His dedication and desire to go the extra mile is what makes Adler's special and one of a kind. For my future Rolex and Luminox needs, Alder's will be the only place I go,

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship. My (now) fiancé went to Adler’s and worked with Mike designing a custom engagement ring. He went in with pictures of what I wanted, and the final product is nothing but perfect. He learned so much about diamonds and was walked through the process of picking out a stunning stone. I’ve shopped at Adler’s for years, and I can’t wait to go back and sign up for the Bridal Registry!

Mike at the Metarie store location was my salesperson and he did a fantastic job explaining everything about different watch models and their functions. I had all of my questions answered prior to me selecting a model that worked for me.Great store and friendly staff.

Adler's offers knowledge-based insight, while keeping my personal preferences and style in mind. The new Metairie location has a welcoming atmosphere in which clients’ needs are respected, without forcing the hand to make a purchase. I appreciate the genuine nature of those with whom I’ve worked, namely Anita as well as Mickal, James, and Mike. I recently made several purchases including a watch, several pairs of vintage French cuff links, and a gold bracelet. They have a superb selection of cuff links, watches, and gifts for any special occasion, but it is their staff and the customer service that they provide which sets them apart from other jewelers.

I recently purchased a Tudor watch from the Metairie store. Adam made the experience wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the best watch based on the size of my wrist and the functions I needed the watch to provide. The selection at Adler’s is the best in the state. I came from out of town to look at high end watches and Adler’s and Adam did not disappoint.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Adler’s in Metaire was so exceptional that I have to share it with the world. First off, their location on Veterans Blvd. is spacious and absolutely gorgeous! This particular location also has ample parking which makes it super easy to get in and out of. Second, their staff could not have been more courteous. Everyone from the security detail and Ms. Penny Merrick to my salesperson was extremely helpful and patient. Third, their selection of fine jewelry and watches cannot be beat! As someone who travels on a regular basis to other major cities, I found Adler’s prices to be ultra competitive with other high end jewelry stores nation wide. Last but not least, I was most impressed by my salesperson Adam Schwartz. Get this, I went in to have my Rolex serviced and ended up leaving with a new one plus other goodies. He wasn’t at all pushy or annoying like so many other people in his position sometimes are, but rather did an excellent job of answering my questions and turning me on to exactly what I ended up purchasing. As a business owner I will tell you that Adam is a true asset to Adler’s and I highly recommend that you consult him prior to making any jewelry purchases.

Before shopping at Adler's, I had no knowledge of - or experience with - selecting the proper diamond and band for an engagement ring. Mike at Adler's in Metairie was by far the most patient, generous, and helpful sales representative I worked with during this period of searching. He was someone I believed I could trust with making this important decision; he spent lots of time with me across multiple visits to help me learn more about gemology and what I should pay attention to in order to successfully buy the diamond that I was looking for, all while never pressuring me to spend more money than I wanted to. In fact, with his help, I was able to buy an engagement ring that exceeded my initial expectations at a price that was far lower than what I was expecting to pay at the outset. All the research I did on my own matched up to everything he told me as well. I don't think I could have asked for a better deal and a better experience than what I received at Adler's. I highly recommend Adler's in Metairie to anyone who is looking for jewelry.

He will work within your budget to find you whatever it is you are looking for; and you’ll feel like a VIP, as that’s exactly how he treats everyone!

Adler’s is an incredible jeweler and local institution. I usually work with Mike Sigler, who is just a great guy. He really listens to his clients and follows through to make the overall experience outstanding. Highly recommended if you are in the greater New Orleans area.

Adler’s is a fantastic store with an extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was specifically looking at watches and the salesman is extremely attentive and polite but not to the point of being stuffy. He also knows watches intimately and even when he informed me they didn’t have what I was looking for he still took 15 minutes to just talk watches with me. If you have any watch needs this is definitely the place to go in the New Orleans area. Outstanding staff and experience .

I went to Adler’s to find wedding bands for myself and my fiancé. When I met with Mr. Mike Sigler, he asked me all the right questions. Within 1 trip to the jewelers we had selected our wedding bands and are still impressed on how little time it took. Due to his expertise our visit was very pleasant and time efficient. I would highly recommend going to see Mr. Mike for all your jewelry needs!
