Inocencia Dufour was great to work with. She was patient in discussing various types of insurances (auto, umbrella and homeowners), and giving me multiple quotes on different coverages. She returned my phone calls, and told me when she would be out of the office if I had more questions. She worked with me to get the best prices for the insurance levels I wanted.
