I was told it was “no guarantee” that my chain could be soldered and fixed because it is a hollow gold chain. This is not the first time the chain popped. It has been soldered AND fixed without issue 3 different times in 3 different areas. Was never told such a thing by the jeweler. Used the same jeweler every time.I also have a friend who personally knows the family very very well, and brings his chain (the same exact chain as mine) to get fixed when it happens to break to the establishment. Guess what? His chain gets it’s fixed every time, guaranteed.

The staff at Breaux's jewelers are awesome. They are friendly and patient as they help you peruse all the jewelry that they have to find what your tastes are. They even work with you to make custom jewelry and acquire new pieces to suit your taste. Great place to do business with.

Walked in with my daughter searching for a nice father's day gift for my husband only to be ignored. There was one customer and one worker speaking when we entered. After waiting 5 mins or so for any acknowledgment another worker came out the back (didn't even think that someone else was there) and didn't acknowledge us...this one hopped in the convo that was going on with the customer that we found there ( this wasn't even a conversation @ jewelry). So after being ignored for another two mins we left. Apparently not all money nor patrons are accepted here. I can't say that I am shocked but I think that I am more disappointed with the ignorance. Never will they EVER have me nor my money at this store. Customer service is horrible. Glad that I did not put my hard earned dollars into this business. All I can say is you never know who's who and who has how much money but it's unfortunate they lost a really big sale. They didn't even have really nice jewelry anyway so don't waste your time go somewhere else! I've gotten better treatment at Helen Brett! Hope this one gets featured!

I cannot thank you guys enough for the BEAUTIFUL job you did on my engagement ring! I’m sure my family was super nervous about resetting a family heirloom but I was absolutely stunned when I saw it with the addition of a perfect marquise center stone!
