I'm giving the Dollar General store in Marion one star for being open and one star for the one or two nice cashiers that are there. The manager of the store is a horrible person who refuses to check out customers and will refuse service and sales instead of using the register, directing instead to the self-check kiosk as the only option. He has screamed and yelled at both employees and customers. We were in the store for the last time 2 days ago when he said they would no longer be accepting cash. Dale, you have this bad review coming you are a terrible person and I feel sorry for anyone who has to be near you. Sincerely, Sondra Sellers

i gave it such a low rating because the management in all their wisdom would not scan my claiborne electric barcode off my phone because it was a picture ,citing fraud being the reason,now my 3 children are without lights and im late for work and the whole time he's telling me this in a condicending tone.talk about insult to injury ,they will not get anymore of my business

This dollar general is wonderful and the new employee's are nice and friendly! They will help you with whatever you need and if something is wrong with a product they will charge half price or give you something else instead!

I give it 5 stars. Shelves and aisles would be cleared and stocked if the employee had a sticker. They are stocking then run to cadhregister to check us out. Run back to shelves and you get the message. All of the staff are kind and polite that's why I give 5 stars
