I have been coming to this place for over 30 yrs. It is a simple bait shop / convenient store with your basic needs. They offer hot breakfast and lunch plates.

We ran into some issues pulling our boat trailer coming from Florida going to Texas & the friends/family of this store were extremely helpful at 8pm & the next morning at 11am. Great store with a little bit of everything & the friendliest staff. 10/10 recommend.

Stopped in to get a bite to eat and wait out a traffic jam up on I-10. The young woman at the counter cooked me the best bacon cheese burger and fries that I've had in a long time. This trip took me from Las Vegas to Fort Myers and back and this was the best meal I had anywhere along the way. Cooked to order and seasoned to perfection. Stop in and you won't be disappointed. Take time to relax and enjoy a real home cooked burger the way it should be. L & L Bait and Grocery is a real 5 star gem!

This place is a hidden gem! Right off of I10 a Rama. It has the biggest hamburgers I have ever seen in my life! the patties are hand make and the owner are total cool! as is the staff. You have got to stop in and get this burger! Mrs. Linda and Mr. Larry are great people. It took me half a drive back to Houston to finish my burger and fries lol

Called this place of business when leaving my home (2 hours away) to ask if they bait for crawfish. She informed me that they were out of the beef melt. I asked if they had cases of fish for bait. She informed me she did. I told her I was on my way. Got to the store. She informed me that she can not leave the store and she is the only one there. I asked how long would it take for someone to get there. She informed me a couple of hours! I'm unsure how you can work at a bait shop and can not get to the bait! If you know this area then you know there isn't anywhere else! So we are now traveling 20 miles away to find bait! Very very upsetting!

They may not have everything you need but it's a nice place and the owners are very friendly. Also serve Good short order food.

The people that own this place are so nice. The store might not look fancy but don't let that fool you because on the inside is some fantastic food. If you ever have a chance to stop by make sure that you have the footlong with the chili made by Recca. It's my favorite! Oh and they sell stuff for fishing and beer, etc, etc...
