I've been with Hancock Whitney since they opened or bought out the other bank that was there before them. If you don't like their employees, use their online services. I have seen a lot of tellers come and go in bank positions. With all these negative reviews, don't judge the bank, judge those people! That's why you see new employees sometimes. I have no complaints. :) Thank you, Hancock Whitney for always being there for me.

Straight up rude!!!! Tried to ask for deposit slips, was cut off. Had two separate deposits and they wanted to do their own thing and make it into one. How about slow down and ask the customer what they would like done? I mean it is the customers money even tho we store it at the bank correct?????? Correct. Will not be banking here anymore. Bank of America does a way better job.

Renne the bank teller is absolute joke with customer service. Julie, her manager evidently condones this type of behavior. Business that put 10s of thousands of dollars in and out the bank every month should not have holds their accounts. Especially after 2 1/2 years. I was told once a history is established this wouldn't be an issue. It has not been an issue at all in old Mandeville. But us190 location and Renee are absolutely terrible. I've never spoken to a customer that way. Shame on you both.

I have been banking with Whitney for many years now and they have always been helpful. They have caught fraud and alerted me to it and have gone above and beyond to help. I have banked with other banks and Whitney has proven to be far the best to work with.

I had to make changes to my account and Nicole Ahlborn was fantastic and quick in helping me! Not pushy at all like the experiences I have had in the past from other banks.

We've banked here for years now. We recently went in to inquire about a personal loan & meet with Mr. Cody. I also called in for an issue that was my own fault & once again got Mr. Cody on the phone. I must say he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never experienced someone in a bank setting so willing to help. I thank you Mr. Cody & pray that your recognized for your superior customer service!!

This place is absolutely horrendous. There was a hold on my account because of a confusion with a new card. They considered it fraud?? We fixed it and paid what needed to be paid but now they’re still withholding my money so they can “decide” if they want to keep us with them. I have rent due and they have been nothing but a terror. It’s been exactly a week since all of this started. I have bills and rent to pay. I’d recommend literally any other bank besides this one. Save yourself the stress and either choose a different bank or switch to another one. This place is an absolute chaotic nightmare.

4/1/21 - 5 employees not wearing masks despite the demands posted for customers on the entrance doors. Masks indoors for banks are still required by La. State Mandate. Obey your own rules. I came into the lobby today to close my checking account. No more fees for me! I'll use my federal credit union instead.

This bank is archaic in its practices and their general attitude is piss poor. As a business owner especially, I would never consider this bank as a practical option
