Do not give these people your credit card information! I paid the $500 online to schedule my appointment. My appointment got accidentally canceled due to them having an "internet outage". Had to reschedule after already having paid for this appointment. Ok, I get it. Things happen no biggy. I go to my next appointment and they try to charge me another $500. Had to show them the other charge on my credit card and then they looked up and found out that I had in fact paid already. The payment was on the cancelled invoice. I get my window changed and fast forward to 3 days later I get another $500 charge on my credit card. Had to sit on the phone with their call center for 45 minutes. Because YOU CANNOT CONTACT THE SHOP DIRECTLY! They will not give you a direct phone number. Every time you call the corporate number, you have to wade through a whole multicolored galaxy of automated responses before you can even get a human on the line. So they supposedly had fixed the problem. Fast forward to 2 days later. A second $500 charge goes through and appears on my credits card. Now I had to spend 2 hours on the phone between 3 different people to finally get someone to contact the local shop. Because us peon customers aren't allowed to call the shop that did the actual work. This has just been a nightmare for me to deal with. My advice to you, pay cash or go somewhere that you can actually call on the phone to get your glass work done. This is not fair that I have to spend hours and days fighting to get my credit card information removed from their system. As of now I still don't have the charge removed. This is what happens when you have local shops that are managed by remote call centers on other states. Customers need to have the ability to contact the location that did their glass replacement.

I had numerous chips that turned into long streaking cracks and needed a new windshield. I scheduled my appointment online, followed by a phone call to verify my insurance 30 minutes later. I arrived on time to wait on my suv, and in 1 hr 30 minutes, my suv was finished (even with calibration). Professional staff and great communication. Highly recommend. Thanks, Safelite Mandeville.

Overall outstanding experience. I scheduled the appointment online which was very easy. Arrived a few minutes before their suggested 10 minute before appointment time and they got right after it. My appointment was for 9am and I was out of there by 9:10. The quality of the repair was very good and the communication from them via text and email was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Paid $500 for a full windshield replacement and the windshield is foggy and cloudy!! Will not stop reporting and reaching out until they honor the 1 year warranty!!

Finally got around to replacing the front windshield damaged in IDA. I waited until the brake tag needed to be renewed also.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Brought my sons jeep to the Mandeville location. Guy inside at first was professional. Got a call at 4:30pm with him stating that there is a pin size hole by the windshield and they can’t replace. The windshield was already taken out and they will not put it back in, and the jeep needed to be towed, oh and they close at 5pm. We get to the store and they are putting crash plastic on the jeep, because of course it is pouring rain. I ask them to put the windshield back in that they took out and they said it’s policy not to put it back in. The guy from inside the check-in area comes to the back and just stands there, not once did any of them offer any apologies. Will not ever go back to Safelite again.
