Brought my two Schnauzers for grooming.My puppy Winston's neck is riddled with scabs.I can't imagine the pain he suffered while in the hands of these people.I am thinking to call animal protection services to my home to see my dogs injuries.I would be glad to reciprocate the abuse and pain he suffered on the person that did this to him.Beware of these people.

We love PetSmart in our home! They have exactly what I need for my Husky and my cat. The staff at both Covington and Mandeville locations are very helpful and polite! And they always have my Husky’s special food in stock(if I don’t cook for him).

Meghan groomed my 2 standard poodles today. She did a phenomenal job. Their toe nails are perfectly filed, ears were cleaned really well, the hair cut is one of the best they have had since we moved here. I will always ask for her in the future. My fur babies are gorgeous.

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog today for 10:30am, and when I went to drop him off they would not take him because they said their store clerk made a mistake and put his appointment down for 8am. It was their mistake but they refused to help me. Horrible service.

Think groomers come and go. Last time going the lady groomer for my Cockers was prefect. Today, a gentleman was the groomer and took my 2 dogs at 8:30 am. Got them back at 2 pm only after doing 1 dog. My dogs had just gone a week and 1/2 ago for bath and brush out. He said my one dog had awful mats and he could only shave the dog. I told him no but can you just give him a bath. He told me no. I picked up dogs and waited 10 min. Aggravated I paid and did leave a tip. They had called and said they were ready. Clearly my dog groomed was not ready. I get to my car and notice my dog that was groomed was still wet underneath. I come home and we notice her skirt had not been touched and she was not brushed out at all. I then look at my receipt and I have been overcharged!3 strikes that is when I call and ask for a manager who is off and waiting for assistant manager to return the call. The young woman in training that gives baths and blowouts is excellent! The gentleman groomer do not go to. He is clearly not able to handle appts in a timely manner and gave an awful service to my dog that I paid way to much money for. My 1 dog should have been done by 12:30.

The store is not large or well stocked on certain Pet items but it is in a convenient location for Mandeville. Adrian , PetSmarts Mandeville groomer is awesome and is the reason I give the 5th star. She took Lola in on one days notice and was extremely nice to deal with. Thanks Adrian!

There are so many choices of foods and kitty litter, it looks like it's the same for dogs. Staff is nice.
