Went to get a prenatal massage yesterday & was ready to join a year membership after hearing the pricing. Held off to see how my experience was & I am glad I did. The masseuse, Layla, started 10 mins late atleast. Finished 5 minutes early. She wouldn’t stop talking through out my entire massage. Even though I said I was drifting off & wasn’t ignoring her, but I didn’t want to talk during the massage. I think everyone doesn’t want to talk during their massage. She didn’t touch my neck not one time & that was on my specific areas I wanted done. Neck & back. I will not be going back. Extremely disappointed. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Don’t waste your money!!!

I had a really bad experience with the front desk last week. honestly did not feel welcomed because I made a mistake with my schedule. Paige did not care that I drove an hour out of my way to even come to this place. So I kindly left and rescheduled on my own. Today for my appointment I had TAKIA. She was absolutely amazing. I loved it and she made it really enjoyable. I will book with her again.

Therapist was great; however, availability for 90-min massages has diminished recently. Customer satisfaction should be valued over increased profit.

I waited til AFTER Easter/ holy week to address the Unpleasant, unprofessional, disrespectful behavior of the MANAGER bc of a MISTAKE that the company made in scheduling.I was warned that this location was racist but I went instead bc of location.This is the WORST experience, rip off and feeling I have ever encountered and I love to patronize on the Northshore versus having to drive back to MY hometown (NOLA) Just for small big things.She began to talk down to me and that's when I pulled my voice recorder out to Have PROOF that I was NOT WRONG ON THIS SPECIFIC SITUATION Due to "everyone sticking together" and I'm glad I didMONEY was WASTED. WHO DO I SPEAK TO BESIDES THE DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I SPOKE TO ????????IF NO ONE SPEAKS UP THE NEXT PERSON OF COLOR WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT.

I paid for a 60 minute massage. The massage started at 10:07 and ended at 10:50. Do not go to the massage envy in Mandeville.

I had a facial scheduled for me and a massage for my husband and we got sick with 102 fever the night before. I called at 7 am that morning to let them know and then called again at 8 when they opened. They called me back and told me that I owe $60 for my husband and $30 for my facial. $90 for nothing! I will be canceling my membership as soon as I feel better.

Multiple times I have had to book weeks in advance and either the therapist or I have to cancel. That combined with my work schedule, left me with 20 or so points available. Decided I would just buy some products with a the points. Imagine my surprise when I was told that I have zero points. Still waiting to hear from manager and/or corporate. But that is a lot of money!!

I went into this location to get a gift card for a friend who lives elsewhere. The guy who came to talk to me was so rude I could hardly believe it. He talk down to me like I was beyond stupid. Before I got there I thought about making an appointment for myself while I was there since I live close by...but after interacting with him there is NO possible way I would ever actually go there for anything. He acted like I should already know about how all of it works even though the first thing I said was I didn't know how anything works and that I had never been there before. He was so intense and demeaning that it actually made he feel very uncomfortable. Some of things he said were incredibly insulting especially for the type of business that it is.

The rules are so convoluted that I couldn't pay them once I got a new card (I used it to tip once and they told me that I would have to call Miami South Beach Massage Envy to update my billing information bc that was my "home" clinic and the Mandeville clinic could not make it my primary card even though I see them now), so I did NOT update my home base thinking I was free and that they got bit by their own stupid contact. Next thing I know, I'm banned and they are using my new card to bill monthly. I opened a claim with my bank and they shut them down and I won.Shout out to Tabari from Mississippi. He's their best massage therapist.
