Quality, friendly and professional service. Matt, Dustin, Dan? are the ones I typically speak with on the phone or in person. I’m still under warranty with my dealership, but feel the service is SO MUCH BETTER at Firestone. My dealership is down the street from this store. It is not convenience that I come here; it is CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE NO OTHER!

It was Christmas Eve. ...and the guys here acted like I was a SPECIAL GUEST instead of the pain in the butt reason why they have to be open on rainy holidays like that, just to help out fools like ME when we get in a pinch.Can't thank you enough for the insanely friendly service, guys. I pray that Santa brought you everything you ever dreamed of. ??????????

Don was great! Took care of all my car issues and Austin did a wonderful job working on my car. Very friendly, honest and I will bring my car back if necessary. Will recommend this location to all of my friends.

Welp, yeah, my day was going great until I had a flat tire and was nearly driving on the rim. I needed a new tire. These gentlemen took care of me! Very friendly, professional, and good timing. Matt at the front desk was great! You guys are appreciated!

5 Stars go to Halley & Halley alone. Halley is the best ! She’s so personable, smart, hardworking. She literally runs this place. She explained everything, answered every question I had. Watching her work the front desk was really inspiring, she is amazing at what she does and kind to all thousands of people who call & inquire. This girl deserves a raise. Set up an appointment the day before and dropped my car at 10am with a coupon for a $29.99 oil change and tire rotation. Had to argue with the service writer that a $29.99 oil change didn't cost $72. The other counter person came over to see what was going on, she argued with him that we were both wrong, but he got the price right for what I needed.Reviewed the bill and noted a vehicle inspection fee of $21.99, which I didn't request. Asked, and it was removed. But why charge me for something I didn't ask for???Was told my car would be ready by 3pm. Hadn't heard from them by 3pm, called, and I was informed that it would be 4:30.When I picked up my vehicle, I asked to review the bill before paying to make sure it was what was agreed to... Got an attitude from the person working the counter who was more interested in scrolling on her phone than being helpful.I've used this shop off and on for more than 10 years because they are conveniently located, very disappointed in the customer service and bad attitude I got yesterday.Services: Tires

This is a sorry excuse for a business. I scheduled service online to include 4 new tires which were listed on being in stock. Along with a tire alignment. I arrived on time and was told that my tires were in fact not in stock. The front desk person apologized and told me that they had a comparable set available and that they would adjust the price down to match the cost of the misrepresented tires. Then after sitting there for an hour I was then told that the replacement tires were not available. I reluctantly scheduleed to return the following day to have the tires installed and the services rendered. The following day I arrived and was greeted as though everything was in order. After 30 minutes the manager asked to speak with me to inform me that they did not have the tires. They were in Baton Rouge, which is the same place they were yesterday. Then they attempted to try to get me to go back again. ABSOLUTELY NOT! 2 wasted days knowing that I had a bad tire. This is completely unacceptable. This franchise should investigate this location. Absolutely atrocious! I will never again return to any Firestone location or purchase any Firestone products. I should have read their reviews before agreeing to go there in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!I'm at NTB who was able to get me in right away and so far the service has been stellar.Services: Wheel alignment

A/C went out while on vacation. They got us in right away. Fixed it and we were done and on our way in an hour and a half. Fantastic job.

Horrible place. I use Firestone in Covington and Slidell with no issues. I took my vehicle to the Mandeville location on Saturday and was told they couldn’t get the parts for a few days because of Mardi Gras. I went back a week later and the same manager said we can’t order parts but sent me elsewhere. I went to Firestone in Slidell had parts and repairs done in a few hours. If your technicians can’t work on foreign vehicles then say so. This is not the first time. Last time I brought my Ford F150 and the technicians didn’t know how to change a sensor. I will not be going back to Firestone in Mandeville.

I’ve used this company several times over the years as my family has several automobiles. The first sign of the decline in customer service and quality work were the attitudes and empty promises. 2nd there were 2 times I had to bring my car back for faulty warranted parts that they did replace for a small fee of their labor after they misdiagnosed the issue to begin with which had me take it to another mechanic to correctly diagnose the issue (that they took responsibility for, but still charged me for the service that was under their warranty. Last, I called about an issue with spark plug and engine code that I received from auto zone and they stated that I should bring it in and have it diagnosed. They didn’t give me a price nor did they disclose that it would cost. They gave me reasonably priced options to fix, but after last time, I know better and wanted a second opinion. They later tried to charge me $125 for them to tell me the same thing that I told them on the phone when I initially called. After going back in forth with Dustin who said I spoke with him and Don over the phone stated that he did not tell me there would be a charge and would waive the fee after he argued rudely with me and told my wife that he was sorry she had to deal with me. Had a sensor issue causing my fans to come on and stay on even after turning the truck off until the battery drained or was disconnected. They had it fixed in just a couple hours and were the only shop out of 4 total that I went to that were able to figure out the cause. I wish I had taken it to them 2 years ago when it started.
