I have been getting my prescriptions here for about 3 years now, and I am always impressed with the friendly, focused, amazing customer service that I receive from the Pharmacy Department at this location. The pharmacists and the techs all work together like a team to get everything done seamlessly, and handle the demanding workload with ease and comfortability. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Ebony, the Pharmacist on duty the past two times I went in and had issues with my prescription. Not only did she step out of her way to help me in any way she possibly could, but she also made sure the rest of her pharmacy was running smoothly, from drive-through to vaccinations, and everything in between. Her and her team make me feel like I am getting VIP care every time I walk in there, and they treat everyone with the utmost respect. Thank you Ebony & CVS Mandeville Hwy 190 Pharmacy Staff for truly making a difference in these difficult times, and inspiring others to be patient and kind as well. Happy Thanksgiving.Margaret

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. The girl who answered the phone is always very rude. They keep telling me the prescription wasn’t called in when it was. I had to wait days for some cough syrup for my son. They need to get it together

This CVS pharmacy is The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with and all of my life.People in the pharmacy that answer the phones are rude crude and socially unacceptable!If you enjoy being mistreated and lied to by all means the CVS store located on Highway 190 in Mandeville is your place!

I would like to leave positive feedback for two exceptional employees at the Mandeville CVS. I had 2 subscriptions, neither of which was covered by insurance. The pharmacist, Ebony, along with the help of the pharmacy tech, Lekinya. took it upon themselves to search for coupons to lower my cost for the subscriptions. I did not ask them to do this for me. Amongst all the interruptions that naturally occur at a pharmacy, Ebony was able to locate a coupon that lowered my cost from $115 to $46. I really appreciate their persistence and thoughfulness.

Well, I couldn't leave the stars unmarked, so I chose ONE. Pharmacy service at this location is very poor. Never see the same staff in the pharmacy. Three hours after Dr calls in ONE medication, it still isn't ready. After leaving, 5 minutes later, you get a text, it's ready. I used to work for a pharmacy, it does NOT take THAT LONG to fill a prescription! Walgreens is so much better. They know your name, always have the same staff and always have your medication ready when you get there. Only reason I changed to CVS, the insurance copay's are cheaper. May switch back, willing to pay the extra for the service and seeing familiar, smiling faces.

Both CVS stores in Mandeville are consistently over-priced, do not have prescriptions ready, say that the prescription was not called in (when it was), double up on quantity in order to over-charge, and -- in general -- take every opportunity to grab a few extra dollars. Their business model is not in any way intended to serve customers. It is to grab extra dollars...

I switched from one cvs to this one hoping for something better. Well, that didn't happen. CVS is the worse pharmacy ever! Service is terrible, if they tell you your prescription will be ready in 30 minutes, just come back tomorrow.

I've used the pharmacy at this location less than a year and two prescriptions were filled with the wrong quantity. The staff was polite when correcting the errors.

The pharmacist only put 10 days worth of prescription in bottle. We noticed the mistake as soon as we got home. We went back and she STILL got it wrong. The third time I went that day I insisted on speaking to both her and the store manager. I told the manager of the store what happened and the pharmacist said that she was exhausted and that's why she kept making the counting errors. I just wonder what other kinds of errors she made that day and if t involved wrong medication, not just miscounted medication. She was unbelievably rude

Been coming to this store for over 3 years and I've never had a negative experience in fact , almost every time I visit the store I find the staff incredibly friendly and over the top helpful...from pharmacist to clerk at the register. Saw that there were negative comments pertaining to this place and I had to say something , have no clue what they are talking about, typical trolling I guess.
