I just left bath and body works because of Aaron. I was checking out the hand soap. And Aaron came and move the hand soap. She made me feel so uncomfortable in the beautiful Bath and Body Works.

What can I say??? It's Bath and Body Works! Can't beat $2.95 soaps on sale and those three wick candles?!?!? The original total was $426.78 and we walked out paying $24.33. ? Boom! The service is friendly and fun. We'll be back when we get some more coupons! ?

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Ms.Tracy. She went above and beyond to make sure the item I wanted was shipped directly to me. She walked me through every step and within no time I had a tracking number. I live hours away and happen to see a picture of the item I wanted on Facebook in this store. I called the store and Ms.Tracy made sure it was shipped to me. I am so thankful for her kindness and amazing customer service. She really made my day.

Staff is always nice but I think their policy requires they come ask if you need help every two minutes which is annoying and entirely not the employee's fault
