Would be zero stars if possible.Absolute crooks. As a local business owner myself i am appauled at they way i was treated here. To cut a long story short. I bought a phone which was bad. Camera didnt work front and back as well as overall running slow. I returned within 48 hours of buying it. They agreeed to take back. Minus the tempered glass as i had installed that already. Manager kevin processed the refund didnt tell me they was charging me a restocking fee nor gave me a receipt. Told me online receipt would follow. After checking the account I discover that they charged me $55 restocking fee without actually telling me that. For a phone that didnt work correctly to begin with. Useless staff, liars and worst of all manager states that theyre not a real at&t store so they cant do anything about it. Ive raised this to a corporate level. Avoid this store at all costs as they go out their way to mislead you. First and last time ill do business at this fake at&t store. Pictures are what the phone was taking after updating all software.

On August 17,2023 we had a scheduled technician come to our house to fix our internet. After about 30 minutes of him being in our home, In Home Expert “Jo B” came in and was super friendly. She made sure I knew how to use the AT&T apps and quickly asked who our cellphone provider was. Immediately she starts comparing my Verizon bill which was currently $270 a month for 3 lines and a military discount. She guaranteed while on the phone with the supervisor from the pinnacle parkway location in Covington,LA that our bill would be between $220-230 a month. And we would also have our internet lowered to only $60 a month. I immediately expressed my concerns that we wouldn’t be able to afford to pay off our Verizon bill with our current installment agreements at this time and Jo quickly reassured me that we would be getting $300 per line in visa gift cards to pay towards our now $1100 Verizon bill. That a link would be emailed to me to claim these gift cards. At this time she also was having multiple issues porting our lines over and didn’t want us to pay for shipping for our new phones, she left my home and went to the same Covington location and came back in about an hour. When she arrived I went over all the details again before we continued. At this time she also allegedly uploaded my husbands military verification to enroll in that credit, which later to find she did no such thing. I also have an iPhone 11 Pro Max that she was supposed to Come pick up and deal with the trade in. This never happened. Yesterday i received my first bill for $480!!!! With an estimate of $384 continuing! Why on earth would I have ever agreed to switch if this was truly the case. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with my “in home expert” but she has completely ghosted me after spending almost 7 hours in my home. Lying the entire time. I’m disgusted and I need this corrected ASAP. This is completely inhumane that you let your sales reps enter people’s homes with fraud intent

Service was great, until I saw that the salesman had added and extra $23 per month to my bill by adding Next up ($6/mo) and insurance ($17/mo) when I said I didn’t want it…This is infuriating. All I have to say is if you buy a new phone or trade one in, no matter what you tell them, they will add it, chances are you won’t notice for a month or two. CHECK YOUR BILl, bc the eyre counting on you to not look at what you’re paying.

Sara and Noah helped me out tremendously setting up a hot spot and prepaid card that I did not purchase from an AT&T store. Sara and Noah are great workers that spent a lot of time helping me get my hot spot working. Give them a raise!!! Great friendly environment, as well.

Bad service ,last night I registered a new card, after successfully making a payment and apparently it can't be used. the shopkeeper told me to come back the next day for a refund and today I arrived. the manager told me to wait without explanation for 30 minutes. and non-refundable is very annoying. It seems that the workers are not equipped with knowledge

We needed a prepaid card for our holiday and Holley took care of it right away. Very polite and competent and with the necessary patience she was able to help us. If we go to this area again, this would definitely be our place to go.10/10

This store is either dysfunctional, incompetent or dishonest. I was led by them into a business account that requires a non-refundable $1000 deposit. I was repeatedly promised by them it wouldn't be applicable to me. I have been receiving past due bills from AT&T for $1000+ for several months now. I've called this branch several times about it, they promise to call back later and never do. AT&T customer service is trying to help but can't promise it'll be wiped away. Insanity. $1000 deposit for a SIM card. Stay far away from this branch.

I just visited this store to upgrade iphone and iwatch and don’t think I have NEVER been treated more rudely and spoken down to. Have been an AT&T customer ever since cell phones came out but think I will visit Verizon. Terrible young people with no patience. Ever since AT&T bought DirectTV I have had nothing but problems with logging in, billing and customer service. Would not cancel a DirectTV Stream account that I didn’t realize I had. Have to call Customer Service and be on phone for 3 hours.

I never leave online reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience at this store, that I felt as though I must. I went in to get a new phone, and was greeted by three incredibly kind and friendly reps. Jhurgen helped me purchase and set up my new phone, and he was amazing. His manager who’s name I WISH I could remember, helped lower my bill by $70 per month. She was amazing as well. The third rep who wasn’t involved in my transaction but was amazing as well, helped to entertain my 1 year old! No one tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, which is always a plus. My overall point of this review is that the employees are great, and they provide customer service that is above and beyond what one might typically find at a phone carrier store. Thanks for helping me get my new phone!

Went to transfer SIM cards and was greeted immediately by Holley and she was super helpful! Walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. All the staff was super friendly and professional - definitely recommend this location!
