I am definitely enjoying banking at Capital One Bank. I only came through the ATM here but it was clean outside and the ATM was working and it was fast and easy.

The processes around banking can be quite frustrating at times, especially during time-sensitive matters like financing something as major as a home or as basic as a long overdue trip. Hibernia was taken over by Capital One several years back and my friends and I were skeptical, worried that we'd lose that small-town, personable service. While I cannot review the entire bank staff and overall counter service because this is not my usual bank - I must say that Ashley Fairleigh, Relationship Banker of Capital One in Luling, LA has been an exceptional asset to me over the past 12 months. She is always quick to respond, goes above and beyond and I am happy to have met her!
