The incompetence at this pharmacy boggles my mind. If you have the option to go ANYWHERE else do lt.
Been receiving texts that 3 RXs were done even getting voicemail. Go to pick them up and they are not ready. Do you know what the incompetent pharmacist said? “That the app is glitched “… my reply… good I did not use your app I phoned in my refills.

I would give less than one star if it was an option! Stood in line to drop off my prescriptions for 25 minutes at the drop off counter. I stopped going to Walgreens pharmacy about 8 years ago in my town. I guess poor work ethics is an issue with Walgreens in every town! .I chose to chalk it up as valuable time wasted and went to a competitor to have my RX filled. When people are truly sick, they are not impressed by the pharmacy techs laziness! Walgreens! You have cameras recording these areas! Do something about it!

Worst customer service from the white guy with the brown beard at pharmacy. This is over a dozen times I’ve had to deal with this guy and it never gets better. Might actually be the worst employee I’ve ever had to deal with at Walgreens. Do yourself a favor and fire him immediately. He makes every experience there worse. He’s slow, rude, and sounds stoned all the time. Absolutely trash human being.

I will never get any medication from this pharmacy again. They take way to long to fill critical medication and getting ahold of a human is nearly impossible over the phone. I do not recommend anyone use the pharmacy. I will be taking my business to a more reliable pharmacy and my whole very large family are not using them again either. They need actual people who want to work to get medication filled in a timely manner.

Absolutely worst experience with a pharmacy I've ever had not only are they understaffed they can be very rude and do not operate within a timely manner. Also they put the debit card that I gave them in a little envelope stapled to the trash of my prescriptions without telling me and I ended up throwing it in the trash. I had to go through the painfull process of getting another debit card because of the incompetence of this store.

Always have to wait over 24 hours to receive medication. Waited over an hour to speak to someone in pharmacy, they never answered.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is a joke. Prescriptions take forever to fill. Meds are never ordered so they stay out of stock. I've been waiting on one for over a week now. When you try calling and finally get a human, you get hung up on or told the wrong information. Then you go up there to pick up your RX that you've been told was ready or even texted that it was ready, and it's not even in the store. They put buggies to block the drive thru an hour before they close. Drive thru line is always to the street and the line inside is always insanely long. For a place to be this disorganized and slow is absolutely ridiculous.

I have tried calling in and when I finally get a someone I get told the incorrect information or get hung up on. I’ve been going to the pharmacy past 2 days now in person and the staff is extremely rude and I’m getting different information each time.

Terrible pharmacy. You’ll wait days for your prescriptions. You’ll wait hours to pick them up. I hope you don’t need any life saving medications, because it’ll be a while before they fill them. Yikes.

Did a pick up order, since my toddler is sick & this is what I got home to see. This isn’t the first time I have received an unusable product from a pickup order but definitely the most disgusting.
