“Yesterday I went to the Leesville cricket location to check out their plans and rate plans. Great customer service. My associates name was Stephanie and she was wonderful. She explained sales and was very helpful. Although I did not purchase anything it was not due to customer service. My decision to not purchase anything was simply due to the ac not working. It made no since being so hot. Poor lady and gentleman were doing their best for sales but ppl were not willing to stay in the heat as several did walk out for that reason while I was there. I did tell her that I would be back and I will come to her for my sale. Had no idea about being able to finance a new iPhone for my grandchild. So the overall experience was quite pleasant with regards to the heat issue. I will be back and I would recommend Stephanie. She was very helpful and so was the gentleman Kenny.”
