If I could give no stars I would! I went in to purchase two money orders totaling $1,100. The cashier counted my money numerous Times, making sure it was $1100, she finally prints my money orders to what I believe to be $1100. I drop my money off to pay rent. My landlord then comes back to tell me that my payment has been stopped(by the cashier) and they now need $235 the $35 being a nsf fee. Come to find out the cashier printed my money order wrong (I did not notice), stopped payment on the money order, so for her careless mistake I now have to come out of pocket for a tobacco plus employees mistake. I’ve reached out to Tony Kerahaw(sorry if spelled wrong) MULTIPLE times and no one has yet to respond to me. I need to be reimbursed in Full. I’m hoping by making this someone will finally respond.

Just left Tobacco Plus on Ryan St to purchase lottery tickets. The cashier Brittany put the numbers I selected in 2 times on the same ticket and informed me I needed to pay for both sets of numbers. I told her it made no sense to pay for the exact same numbers on the same ticket. She then informed me she had to refuse my service since I wouldn't pay for duplicate numbers. She said she would have to pay for her mistake. I have been a customer at this store for years and I have never had someone be so rude. I didn't make the mistake, she did. I am so very disappointed that she would be allowed to do this to a customer. I absolutely love many of the ladies that work there. I will continue to shop there, I will not be in her line.

After being a long time customer, I'm done with all Tobacco Plus locations. I will go to the Indian on the corner. He's nicer and he only charges 50 cents for a cup of ice vs. $1.89. FOR A CUP OF ICE!!

Probably shouldn't allow your workers to smoke inside while ringing out customers. Even if it is an electric cigarette. It's extremely unprofessional and rude to do so while a customer is trying to check out. The cashier was also unpleasant and she had an attitude.

If you enjoy getting ripped off, this us your store! Buy something and it brought in the parking lot, well, screw you, not their problem. I spent at least $200 a week here, and you dare treat me like some thug off the street. I hate to think of how you treat ppl you personally know.
