“I went in there for two things, ammo which they almost always have and a Ebike for my up in age father-in-law. We walk in and look at the bikes first and I see one bike on the rack but it's a little too big for him so he ask an associate as she is passing by if they have any electric bikes, to which she says no they don't carry them..... I seen one on the rack already and after she walked away I realized we were standing right next to two of them standing on the floor.If you are busy and don't have time to help a customer please just say that you are not sure and get another more knowledgeable associate to help the customer! This associate really made a 67year old man feel un important and ended up losing the store a 500.00 sale on a bike.”
