“Great experience shopping online w/ the Iron Shop Provisions Team.I bought a shirt online and upon receipt I learned I needed to exchange for a larger size. Spoke with Josh on the phone and he was super helpful in getting me the right size shirt for me. He sent me pics with actual shirt measurements using a tape measure to make sure I got the exact right size.The exchange process was very easy and my new shirt arrived promptly.Thanks for the excellent customer service. “Cute boutique with a large selection of women's clothing and accessories. The cheapest apparel I saw was $18.95 and the most expensive I saw was $53.95. Most clothing are $30-$50. The ladies that work here are friendly and helpful and I walked away with a few things!”

“Had an absolutely fabulous experience! I could not give them a more glowing review. After the storm a lot of the surrounding stores haven’t reopened but Red Wing is open and taking the appropriate precautions concerning COVID-19. They have a hand sanitizing station set up by the door. Very convenient. The customer service is 10 out of 10. They will go the extra mile to make sure you have exactly what you need. They didn’t have the size boots my husband needed and they offered to order them for us. They handled everything. The boots were here in 2 days. Seriously we couldn’t be happier about our experience here. If you are looking to buy work boots this is the place for you.”

“I hit up on an incredible sale, while searching for shoes for my daughter, but the Amazon who helped me was amazing ! Her names Jan & she is doing that store a huge favor, working there. She knows her stuff. Her attention to detail was 5-star! And you're going to want to remember the name "Cole." He's a new salesperson, but I can tell that he is destined for greatness. “Huge thank you and shout out to Mckenah, the staff member that assisted my daughter and myself on our visit to Journeys this evening. Great customer service is rare and the encounter with her was so pleasant I had to share her to the world. Great attitude, and the UGG Slipper we were in search for their store did not have and voluntarily she called every store at first within 100 miles of us to see if they had it, then the Galleria in Houston and had them check within their radius, and when they didn’t the Nordstrom store she googled and found. The above and beyond service along with such a pleasant attitude and beautiful smile meant everything!!”

“They replaced a zipper on my boot which I am very pleased with the work it's just expensive. They have very nice clothes and boots and accessories but they are expensive. The service is great. I was greeted and helped by a very nice young lady at the front and then the gentleman who fixed my boot was a very nice man and helpful and knows what he's doing”

“I went in there for two things, ammo which they almost always have and a Ebike for my up in age father-in-law. We walk in and look at the bikes first and I see one bike on the rack but it's a little too big for him so he ask an associate as she is passing by if they have any electric bikes, to which she says no they don't carry them..... I seen one on the rack already and after she walked away I realized we were standing right next to two of them standing on the floor.If you are busy and don't have time to help a customer please just say that you are not sure and get another more knowledgeable associate to help the customer! This associate really made a 67year old man feel un important and ended up losing the store a 500.00 sale on a bike.”

“I find this shoe store hit or miss; sometimes they have lots of great choices other times not. Also they do not always have much of a selection in smaller sizes for women (I wear a 5 or 5 1/2).”
