Although I am a Moss Bluff girlie and I usually go there for the most part, but when I come to Lake Charles.... THIS IS THE SPOT! I still feel just as welcome and appreciated! My Cherry Cheesecake smoothie always hits the spot!

New to the Lake Charles area! Needed a new breakfast smoothie spot! and OMG this Cappuccino Chill has rocked me to my core! I start my day with soooo much energy (and lets not forget about the taste)! 10/10 would recommend

Been coming here for the last 6+ years. A great spot for a top notch smoothie, pre workout, protein, etc. Great service. Employees are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They say close at 6pm on Sundays. its before 4pm on sunday, they are closed. They need to update their hours.

They have the best smoothies ever! Healthier than smoothie king and taste almost like a shake except actually healthy! Love the cookies and cream, strawberry, dreamsicle, banana, etc. I’ve tried a bunch of them and have yet to have found one I didn’t like. would recommend! Definitely go on fridays for $5 fridays on any size. :)
