Excellent customer service! Damien was a life saver. My battery in my key fob went out and I went to advanced auto to get them to help me change it. Well they sold me the battery but all 3 workers were clueless about how to change to battery. They told me to go watch you tube videos. Well I went to O'Reilly's right down the street, and Damien changed the battery for me with no problem. Next time I'll go there first.

Why did the employee with the red hair just look at me….didn even ask if I needed help or anything..the other employee just looked and shook his head. Now she was rude and unprofessional wow I’m a customer smh
