I do frequent this store often and have been satisfied with all they have to offer but have tried to call the store for information on an item I am looking for and wanted to make sure they had it before I made the trip these people do not answer the phone at all i have called 2 days in a row with no answer. There are to many other stores that do answer their calls and have the same offers. I wont be going back! This is the one on Nelson Rd. in Lake Charles.

I had no idea Krogers sold gasoline and since there aren't any Kroger's where I live I don't have a rewards card and had no intention of applying for one when I pulled in to fill up. The attraction wasn't the price but at $2.149 its very competitive so when I pulled up to the pump and found I was the only vehicle on premise and the dimly lit attendant's safe room appeared void of anyone I immediately figured they might be closed. Once I realized the pumps were still lit I inserted my credit card and stumbled through the options and finally got the "selection grade and pump fuel" notification and I was off to the races - this place was very clean and organized, the pumps were fairly new looking and fast so five stars for the physical attributes, too bad the receipt dispenser was out of paper and the attendant was missing in action...
