I was in town and just wanted to look at the clothes. I didn’t want to try anything on. Most of the clothes were too old looking for me and the sales lady told me 4 times, “that if I needed help with anything to just let her know.” Telling me once is good, but 4 times! I felt she was too pushy, I don’t like that when I’m shopping. I mean help me if I ask for help, but don’t make me feel uncomfortable!

While shopping around in town while my husband played golf this weekend I stopped into Chico's and I have to say the customer service was far and above what I'm used to. They were very friendly, very helpful. And even though I did not purchase anything today for sure when I'm back in Lake Charles I will come to this store!

The manager at the Lake Charles location is exceptional! First, she always looks fabulous and has so much patience with those of us that don't particularly love shopping. She was very helpful in ordering items they didn't have in my size.

I cannot believe how long I've slept on this place. I could not for the life of me find black slacks for work anywhere. I went to Dillards,,Khoals,JC Penny, the works all over town searching for the perfect fitting pants. Even online with Amazon everything just went too far down on the floor. I walk into Chicos on a whim and the lovely manager, Hailey, really worked with me to find my size. I'm a 4 short usually but at Chicos apparently I'm a double 0 which is crazy but made me feel really good. I absolutely loved all their clothes and I'm 25. The buisness wear is just the chefs kiss of Lake Charles for young women. You should definitely give it a try. Ask for Hailey. She's so good at her job and super pleasant to talk with.

I love this store. Its convenient and easily accessible. The staff are always friendly and patient.The outfits I get are bought within a half hour!! I live that, I hate to shop so it's nice to get in and out!!
