Really enjoyed going here today for the wife to shop for something to wear when we go on our cruise the ladies in the lake Charles Chico's we're very helpful

While shopping around in town while my husband played golf this weekend I stopped into Chico's and I have to say the customer service was far and above what I'm used to. They were very friendly, very helpful. And even though I did not purchase anything today for sure when I'm back in Lake Charles I will come to this store!

The manager at the Lake Charles location is exceptional! First, she always looks fabulous and has so much patience with those of us that don't particularly love shopping. She was very helpful in ordering items they didn't have in my size.
